Registration opens on 20 November 2026, together with secure online card payment. Early-bird rates then apply until 20 March 2027. Fees and what your registration covers are shown below.

Registration fee
Early-bird applies to all registrations received by 20 March 2027 — your rate is locked on the day you register. On-site registration is charged at the same rate as regular registration. All fees are charged in Korean won (KRW); approximate USD amounts are shown for reference, and overseas cards are converted to your local currency by your card issuer.

Pay your registration fee straight away in the secure payment window — international cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, AMEX) and Korean cards are both accepted. If you prefer, the secretariat also e-mails payment instructions after you register.
Online card payment is temporarily unavailable. After you register, the Conference Secretariat will contact you by e-mail about payment.

- By registering, participants consent to photography, video and audio recording during the conference.
- The organizers reserve the right to modify the program; such changes do not entitle participants to a refund.
- Cancellations are refunded on a date-based schedule (100% / 50% / no refund) — see the refund policy. Substituting another participant is free at any time.
- Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy; payment data is processed by the payment provider, never by this website.
